Step 1: Set up your map

Everything in this step is at the top of the property panel.

What to do

1. Paste your Google Maps API Key.

2. Set Center Lat and Center Lng to where the map should open. You can type decimals or degrees and minutes. See Entering coordinates.

3. Choose a Zoom. Around 12 shows a city, 15 shows streets.

4. Turn on Auto-fit Markers if you want the map to frame all your locations when it loads.

Map ID (optional)

A Map ID from Google Cloud turns on advanced markers and cloud map styling. It must come from the same Google Cloud project as your key. If you leave it empty, MapFlow works normally.

Tip: Changes to Center and Zoom update the map right away, so adjust them while watching the canvas.
